We welcome men of all fitness levels. No membership required. Just show up at the appointed time and place and follow the workout leader (the “Q” in F3 lingo).
We currently meet at 12 different AOs (Area of Operations) in Jefferson County. Each AO gets a creative name by the PAX at the time it is launched — you’ll get to know those names well! As F3 JeffCo is continuing to grow, we will be launching additional AOs in the future – stay tuned for more! If you do not see a location near you, help us start one!

The Coliseum @ Ridgewood Middle (Arnold)
At first glance, one might wonder why F3 gave Ridgewood Middle School the name ‘The Coliseum’. But after a short walk over a creek and through some woods you will find 4+ acres of land encircled by trees. A multi-purpose field, a football field, bleachers, tires, and a hill make up this AO, which was the first one to open in Jeffco. Echoes of cadence counts from previous beatdowns ring into eternity at these hallowed grounds. Join the Gladiators of The Coliseum for fitness, fellowship, and faith every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The Death Star @ Elks Lodge (Imperial)
Imperial, MO has a lot to offer – including some amazing views of the mighty Mississippi, a glimpse of rural life in the midwest, some darn good BBQ, and of course – F3 at The Elks Lodge! Join the PAX of F3 Nation for some of the best workouts you’ll ever do, while making some great friends. Oh, and yes – it’s absolutely free. There is nothing to buy. F3 doesn’t sell anything. The only commitment is to push yourself.

The Arena @ St Pius X High School in Festus
The Arena at St. Pius X Highschool is a ‘must experience’ site for a beatdown. The Arena is aptly named, for it is like an outdoor training ground with many offerings including a football field ‘under the lights’, a practice field with tires and a tower, outdoor pullup bars and dipping bars, multiple bleachers, and access to battle ropes and medicine balls. F3 is for sheepdogs, and the Arena is the place to train warriors.
